It was a blacksmith shop in the early 1730's and by mid-1800's the business developed into ironmongery. In 1900, it became G.G Williams and from the 1960s it was run by various owners. In January of 2012, Jeff Knowles and Tracey Clarke became the owners of the business. They have many years of experience in the retail industry. Jeff has spent the last 25 years working in and around the building trade. Therefore, he has a good knowledge of the business and is always willing to help and offer expert advice where possible. Tracey has spent many years in the food industry, both in production and retail. She has a passion for crafting and is always available to help with any queries you may have, especially in the haberdashery department.
